Marlena Crow

MUP, MSW, MLS(e), PDC. With three decades in project management, she has managed small development and components of large municipal projects in Arizona, California and Michigan. She is certified in permaculture design, with graduate degrees specializing in resilient communities, trauma-informed planning and sustainable urbanism. Marlena has worked with communities as a neighborhood planner, designing, funding and advocating for green infrastructure, public health and social programs.
